The entire CCAR Rabbinic staff and members of the Reform Pension Board will be available throughout the Convention for meetings and consultation. The CCAR Office is open throughout the Convention in the Embassy Room. Convention staff will be available to assist you.

 

Consulting and Coaching

Individual meetings may be scheduled to address personal or professional issues with one of our experts, who are graciously giving of their time.  Scheduling is available at the Registration Desk.

The Running Rabbis

Led by Ed Goldberg, runs/walks will be organized each day of the Convention. Please meet in the hotel lobby.  Runs will be of varying distances and paces each day, so everyone should feel free to participate. Come and see Chicago with us!

 

CCAR Office

The CCAR Office is open throughout the Convention in the Embassy Room.

 

Placement Office

Alan Henkin, Director of Rabbinic Placement, will schedule appointments throughout the Convention. Please be in touch with his assistant, Jean Bowdish (jbowdish@ccarnet.org or 212-972-3636 x 233), to schedule a time to speak with him.

 

Registration and Arrangements

The Convention registration desk will be open daily at the 2nd floor Foyer. Registrants are asked to collect their program and credentials at the times indicated below. The registration desk is staffed by Ayelet Tours, Ltd., which manages logistical arrangements for the Convention on behalf of the CCAR. Please feel free to address questions to the Ayelet staff.

Saturday:      8:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Sunday:        8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Monday:       7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 8:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Tuesday:      7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 8:45 PM – 9:15 PM

Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, 8:15 PM – 8:45 PM

 

Exhibitors

This year’s list includes new artists and crafts displays as well as booksellers, travel groups, and Judaica exhibits that have been with us for many years. See their displays in the International Ballroom on Level 2.

Author Table

The author table is offered as a courtesy to CCAR authors. CCAR authors staff the table, supply their books, and make sales. The table will be located outside the Imperial Ballroom and available to CCAR member authors any time.
